Every Gardening Direct order is guaranteed

All of our plants are inspected by our horticultural experts and are selected by hand at exactly the right time to be carefully packaged so that they arrive in perfect condition at their destination. Every single plant is checked before it goes out to ensure it meets the standards expected of Gardening Direct and our customers. However, if you have reasonable cause for dissatisfaction with any of our products, simply notify us within 14 days of receipt and we will offer a replacement or refund. To aid our quality control standards customers may be requested to return unsatisfactory goods to enable further examinations to take place.
