Terms and Conditions 
1.By entering the competition all entrants accept and agree to be bound by these rules. 
2. The Promoter of the competition is DPA Direct Limited whose registered office is at Saxon House, 27 Duke Street, Chelmsford,  Essex CM1 1HT. 
3. Entrants must be at least 18 years old.
4. Employees of the Promoter or its associated companies are not eligible to enter. 
5. All photographs entered must be the original work of the entrant and must not have been previously published. Photographs must be of a gardening subject and must be submitted by email to: picturecomps@gardeningdirect.co.uk
6. A separate competition will be run each week. Multiple entries are permitted to the same or different competitions. 
7. The winning photograph and any runners up will be selected by the Promoter in its sole discretion. 
8. In the event that no photographs are entered in a week’s competition which are in the Promoter’s opinion of suitably high quality it reserves the right not to award any prizes. 
9. The winner of each competition will receive a £20 Gardening Direct voucher. Any runners up will receive £5 Gardening Direct vouchers. All vouchers will be valid for 12 months. Vouchers are personal and no cash alternative is offered. Winners must provide their name and street address before vouchers will be issued. 
10. By submitting a photograph the entrant agrees that the Promoter may publish it on its web site and in other print and electronic marketing materials for Gardening Direct. The Promoter will only publish winning photographs and runners up. No payment will be made for publication. 
11. By entering the competition the entrant agrees that the Promoter may send Gardening Direct newsletters to the email address used to submit the entry.  Recipients can unsubscribe at any time.
