Rosemary officinalis is a low maintenance evergreen Shrub with an upright habit. The aromatic foliage is a stunning grey/green shade and during the Spring and Summer, is accompanied by delicate pale purple to white blossoms. Attractive to bees, butterflies and birds, this variety is tolerant to drought conditions, heat, the wind and salt spray. It is also commonly harvested as a flavouring herb in cooking as well as for many medicinal uses.
