Jersey Plants Direct moves to Gardening Direct
Over the past decade, we’ve been building multiple online gardening businesses including Jersey Plants Direct and Gardening Direct. We’ve spent time listening to customers, reviewing our operations and creating the very best online experience. As a result, we are delighted to announce we are combining our expertise and activity under a single, improved brand Gardening Direct, with effect from 5th October 2020. After this date, Jersey Plants Direct will no longer be available to purchase on.
Will this change the product and service I’m used to?
Behind the scenes, both Jersey Plants Direct and Gardening Direct have been delivered by the same team, from the CEO to the office dog, and from the same offices and greenhouses in Jersey. So, although the name is changing if you were a Jersey Plants Direct customer, everything else will be the same. We’re just bringing all our operations under the one Gardening Direct brand with the same great ethos of growing quality products for you and delivering them at the perfect time. How will it affect my account?
Have a Jersey Plants Direct account and not a Gardening Direct account?
If you only have a Jersey Plants Direct Account, we will migrate your account over to Gardening Direct. When visiting the new Gardening Direct website you will be able to login with the same email and password to all of your previous Jersey Plants Direct orders, details and delivery preferences. We hope you enjoy your new experience shopping through your Gardening Direct Account.
If you have both a Jersey Plants Direct Account and a Gardening Direct Account
If you have an account with both our companies, we will migrate your Jersey Plants Direct order history into your existing Gardening Direct account. Moving forward you will simply manage all your shopping through your Gardening Direct account. After 5th October 2020, please note you will no longer have access to your Jersey Plants Direct account.
What do I do if I have an issue with a previous Jersey Plants Direct order?

Are the plant sizes available on Gardening Direct the same?
There’s one change you need to be aware of when shopping with Gardening Direct. All the plant sizes are the same but many of the plants names slightly differ. To find out the revised name of a plant you are used to purchasing on Jersey Plants Direct simply refer to the table here:
