Rainbow Flowers moves to Gardening Direct
Over the past decade, we’ve been building multiple online businesses including Rainbow Flowers and Gardening Direct. We’ve spent time listening to customers, reviewing our operations and creating the very best online experience. As a result, we are delighted to announce we are combining our expertise and activity under a single, improved brand Gardening Direct, with effect from 5th October 2020. After this date, Rainbow Flowers will no longer be available to purchase on.

Will this change the product and service I’m used to?
Behind the scenes, both Rainbow Flowers and Gardening Direct have been delivered by the same team, from the CEO to the office dog, and from the same offices and greenhouses in Jersey. So, although the name is changing if you were a Rainbow Flowers customer, everything else will be the same. You will be able to carry on gifting Bouquets, Flower Baskets and Indoor Plants in exactly the same with the added bonus of being able to order outdoor plants too. We’re simply bringing all our operations under the one Gardening Direct brand with the same quality products, gifts and seasonal catalogues. If anything, it will be better…
How will it affect my account?
Have a Rainbow Flowers account and not a Gardening Direct account?
If you only have a Rainbow Flowers Account, we will migrate your account over to Gardening Direct. When you arrive on Gardening Direct you can login in the same way you always have with your email but you will be asked to create a new password. Within your new look Gardening Direct account, you will still be able to access your previous Rainbow Flowers orders, customer information and delivery preferences. We hope you enjoy your new shopping experience through your Gardening Direct Account.
If you have both a Rainbow Flowers Account and a Gardening Direct Account
If you have an account with both our companies, we will migrate your Rainbow Flowers order history into your existing Gardening Direct Account. Moving forward you will simply manage all your shopping through your Gardening Direct account. After 5th October 2020, please note you will no longer have access to your Rainbow Flowers account.

But, don’t worry… the Rainbow Flowers address will be live for the next year so if you go to Rainbow Flowers, you’ll automatically be redirected to the new Gardening Direct page. You can then bookmark our new website for easier future browsing.
