Raspberries have never been this easy, or this rewarding! This Lowberry Collection gives you three outstanding compact varieties, each chosen for flavour, ease and performance in small spaces. If you've got a patio, balcony or even just a few pots, you can enjoy a continuous raspberry harvest from early summer through to early autumn.

The set includes 'Lowberry Baby Dwarf', which is an absolute star in small gardens. At just 50cm tall, it's the most compact raspberry you can grow, and it's incredibly productive, delivering fruit on both this year's and last year's canes. That means you'll be picking in both summer and autumn, with very little maintenance in between.

Next, you'll enjoy 'Lowberry Ruby Best', a beautifully neat and thornless variety that grows to around 60cm tall. It's a summer-fruiting type that produces medium-sized dark red berries with a sweet, tangy flavour. Its arching growth makes the fruit easy to reach while protecting new shoots for future crops.

Then there's 'Lowberry Little Sweet Sister'. It starts cropping earlier than most, from mid-July, and continues into September. Its berries are intensely sweet, brightly coloured, and perfect for snacking or desserts. It stays below 1 metre tall and looks great in a pot with its bushy habit and fresh green leaves.

All three are self-supporting and bred specifically for pot growing. You won't need any special equipment, and pruning is quick and simple, just cut down fruited stems after harvest.

Supplied as a set of three established plants in 1 litre pots, including one of each named variety, ready to grow.

Top Tips

Great performers in pots, but these can also be planted directly into garden beds. Make sure the soil is free-draining and not prone to waterlogging.

Care Information

When Your Plants Arrive

Your raspberries will arrive as established plants in 1 litre pots, ready to plant.
Unpack them straight away and give them a drink of water if the compost feels dry.
Stand them outside in a sheltered, sunny spot for a couple of days to let them acclimatise.
Choose a sunny, sheltered position for the best results. These are ideal for pots, so use containers that are at least 25-30cm in diameter with good drainage holes.
Fill them with quality multi-purpose compost, preferably mixed with some well-rotted organic matter if you have it.
Remove the plants from their pots and gently tease out any matted roots.
Plant so the top of the rootball is level with the surface of the compost. Firm in and water thoroughly.

Ongoing Care

Keep the compost moist, especially during dry spells and while the plants are establishing.
In summer, pots may need watering daily, particularly when fruit is developing.
Avoid letting the compost dry out completely.
In colder regions or if grown in pots, protect roots in winter by moving the container to a sheltered spot or wrapping it in fleece or bubble wrap.

Delivery Information

Our experienced team at the nursery will always carefully package and send your plants nursery fresh in the perfect condition to thrive once you receive and plant them. Although most plants are extremely tough and will not be affected by all but the most extreme of weather conditions, we always avoid dispatching the most perishable plants if extreme frosts or heat is forecast. We also avoid dispatching orders over Bank Holiday weekends.

Please allow us 3-5 working days to dispatch your order. If you have ordered a 'pre-order' item, these will be sent out as soon as possible after the quoted dispatch date and we generally ship your entire order with any pre-ordered items. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with details on how you can track it.

We send most of our orders via a fully tracked courier service with Yodel. We will send you a tracking link as soon as your order has been dispatched. To avoid perishable items being stuck at depots and deteriorating, we will not require a signature on delivery, and we ask out couriers to leave your item in a safe place ad your delivery address.

If you have delivery instruction and require our courier to leave your item in a specific place, please let us know - there is an option to leave a message for the courier at the checkout.

For smaller and single-item orders, we may send these via the post with Royal Mail - Tracking will not be available for orders sent via this method.
