Calathea 'Surprise Star'

• Water this Calathea two or three times a month across the summer season.
• When watering, aim to keep the soil moist, but not waterlogged, and reduce frequency in winter. Only water in winter if the surface soil is dry to touch.
• This variety is happiest in good humidity, so will perform well in a bathroom or conservatory. A well-lit location away from direct sunlight is ideal.
• A staple temperature of around 15C should be maintained in the room where this plant is displayed.
• Mist the leaves regularly or sit the nursery pot on a tray of stones with water.

We also avoid dispatching orders over Bank Holiday weekends.

If you have delivery instruction and require our courier to leave your item in a specific place, please let us know - there is an option to leave a message for the courier at the checkout.

For smaller and single-item orders, we may send these via the post with Royal Mail - Tracking will not be available for orders sent via this method.
