This little beauty might just be the easiest fruit you�ll ever grow. Raspberry 'Lowberry Baby Dwarf' is compact, productive and completely easy to grow. It's ideal for pots, patios, balconies or tucked into a sunny spot in a border.

Despite its small size, this plant packs a punch. It produces full-sized raspberries with a rich, sweet flavour from mid-summer to autumn. The fruit grows on new wood and growth from last year.

At just 50cm tall and wide, it's a genuine dwarf raspberry bush, not a climber in disguise. That makes it ideal for tight spaces or container growing. Pop it in a decorative pot, keep it well-watered and in full sun, and you're all set for a home-grown harvest.

This is a brilliant choice for anyone new to growing fruit. No training, no tying-in, no specialist tools. Just regular watering, a bit of feed in spring, and a yearly prune once the leaves drop. Whether you're growing with kids, trying your hand at edibles for the first time, or simply want some tasty fruit within arm�s reach, this little plant delivers big results.

A great performer in pots, but this variety can also be planted directly into a garden bed, but make sure the soil is free-draining and not prone to waterlogging.

Care Information

When Your Plant Arrives

Your raspberry will arrive as an established plant in a 1 litre pot, ready to plant.
Unpack it straight away and give it a drink of water if the compost feels dry.
Stand it outside in a sheltered, sunny spot for a couple of days to let it acclimatise.
Choose a sunny, sheltered position for the best results. This variety is ideal for pots, so use a container that's at least 25-30cm in diameter with good drainage holes.
Fill it with quality multi-purpose compost, preferably mixed with some well-rotted organic matter if you have it.
Remove the plant from its pot and gently tease out any matted roots.
Plant it so the top of the rootball is level with the surface of the compost. Firm in and water thoroughly.

Ongoing Care

Keep the compost moist, especially during dry spells and while the plant is getting established.
In summer, pots may need watering daily, particularly when the fruit is developing.
Avoid letting the compost dry out completely.
'Lowberry Baby Dwarf' is hardy. In colder regions or if grown in a pot, protect roots in winter by moving the container to a sheltered spot or wrapping it in fleece or bubble wrap.

Delivery Information

Our experienced team at the nursery will always carefully package and send your plants nursery fresh in the perfect condition to thrive once you receive and plant them. Although most plants are extremely tough and will not be affected by all but the most extreme of weather conditions, we always avoid dispatching the most perishable plants if extreme frosts or heat is forecast. We also avoid dispatching orders over Bank Holiday weekends.

Please allow us 3-5 working days to dispatch your order. If you have ordered a 'pre-order' item, these will be sent out as soon as possible after the quoted dispatch date and we generally ship your entire order with any pre-ordered items. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with details on how you can track it.

We send most of our orders via a fully tracked courier service with Yodel. We will send you a tracking link as soon as your order has been dispatched. To avoid perishable items being stuck at depots and deteriorating, we will not require a signature on delivery, and we ask out couriers to leave your item in a safe place ad your delivery address.

If you have delivery instruction and require our courier to leave your item in a specific place, please let us know - there is an option to leave a message for the courier at the checkout.

For smaller and single-item orders, we may send these via the post with Royal Mail - Tracking will not be available for orders sent via this method.
