Pink Lily 'Brindisi'

Bountiful lily blooms emerge on each sturdy stem of this romantic lily variety. Flowering at the height of summer, with up to seven dark pink velvet-like blooms with deeper green centres littered across the stems of 'Brindisi'.

These softly scented, upward-facing lilies rise high from a plant of lance-like green leaves, while attracting pollinators and beneficial insects to the garden. Ideal for bringing colour to borders or pots, while also making perfect fresh cut flowers for an indoor vase display - just remember to plant plenty to share around!

Craft a full and unique look by grouping at least three bulbs together when planting. Just be sure to cut back the leaves and stems following the flowering season as they begin to yellow.

Top Tips

Care Guide

• Keep an eye out for lily beetles, which can quickly defoliate these plants.
• Plant in fertile, moist and well-drained soil - a layer of horticultural grit in the planting hole will help drainage.
• Plant bulbs where the plants will benefit from light afternoon shade.
• Mulch over winter to protect the bulbs from extreme cold , or if your ground lays wet, you may want to consider lifting and storing the bulbs.
• Keep well-watered when in growth and apply a high-potassium liquid fertiliser every two weeks from early spring until six weeks after flowering.
• Leave the foliage until it turns brown in autumn.
• Divide plants every 3 to 4 years as the new growth begins to show in the spring.

We also avoid dispatching orders over Bank Holiday weekends.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with details on how you can track it.

We send most of our orders via a fully tracked courier service with Yodel. We will send you a tracking link as soon as your order has been dispatched. To avoid perishable items being stuck at depots and deteriorating, we will not require a signature on delivery, and we ask out couriers to leave your item in a safe place ad your delivery address.
